Santa Rosa Wall

Santa Rosa Wall is the most famous drop off in Cozumel. The clear blue water and amazing vivid colors of the marine life all contribute to make Santa Rosa Wall an unforgettable dive.

This dive ranges in depth from 50’ to the abyss of the drop off (or 120’ for most divers). Recommended skill level for divers is advanced due to the strong currents around the wall. Santa Rosa Wall is a true drift dive. You drop down to about 80’ to begin the dive. You will do very little swimming as the current pushes you along the side of the  3000’ underwater mountain side.

The typical marine life found in this area are the Spotted Eagle Rays, Nurse Sharks, Black Groupers, Spiny Lobsters, Spotted Drum fish along with a multitude of other brightly colored marine life. A beautiful coral wall and cathedral swim throughs make Santa Rosa Wall one of the most memorable dives in the waters around Cozumel.
